Annotation

  1. Aims of education: planning, including ─ Clinical Pharmacy, China Pharmaceutical, functional medicine, social medicine, such as diversification of the pharmacy curriculum to train students to become pharmacists meet the needs of modern society, professional talent.
  2. These regulations are applicable for 2015 admitted students. It’s a five- year courses. Minimum credits:176, including required (156) and elective (20) courses. (20 elective credits required to open credits for the Nutrition.)
  3. Students need to pass English ability examination before graduating.
  4. Physical Education (Both Freshman and Sophomore Year) is required. It has zero credit, and students can’t graduate if they fail the course.
  5. General civilian safety course is every week for 2 hours for one credit. Each semester fulfilled can be used to deduct 4 days from military services total u to 16 days. Students are required to complete 4 semesters of General Civilian Safety Education before graduation and this fulfillment allows students to take military school entrance exam.
  6.  Required general education courses are 28 credits, including 8 credits of language courses(Chinese:4, and English:4--classification), 12 credits of field optional (Humanity and Art:4~6, Social Science:4~6, and Natural/Life Sciences: 2~4) and 8 credits of core courses(Seminar Course:2 at most, and Core Lecture Course:6-8),Interdisciplinary General Education Courses: 8 required credits in Lectures and Thematic forums courses,Lectures: 6~8 required credits offered in the sophomore year,Thematic Forums: one required 2-credit course offered in the sophomore year,Liberal Classic Lectures: No credit is offered. Students are required to satisfy a total of 16 hours before graduation by attending invited lectures, arts exhibitions, and performances on campus. The grade is assigned either a P or an F to indicate Pass or Fail. Refer to 「Liberal Arts」(the website of General Education Center).
  7. Service learning is a required course that has 0 credit and it’s scheduled in first year. Service hours and location must comply with graduation status. For details, look up learning center website or course guideline.
  8. This credit calculation is used to determine graduation eligibility.
