服務對象 Eligibility
全校學生與教職員（含北港分部）。
All students and faculty/staff members (including Beigang Campus).

諮詢適用情境 Counseling Topics
生涯抉擇、情緒壓力、失落悲傷、人際或伴侶關係、家庭互動等困境，協助減輕心理負擔並提升生活品質。
Career decisions, emotional stress, grief and loss, interpersonal or relationship issues, family interactions, and other challenges. Counseling aims to reduce psychological burdens and improve quality of life.

服務時間與地點 Service Hours & Locations

  • 黃芳慧醫師：校本部，每週四 14:00–17:00，地點：健康中心衛生保健區

  • 張倍禎醫師：英才校區，每週二 14:00–17:00，可提供英文諮詢；北港分部可透過視訊參與，地點：英才校區：幸福滿屋（方伶亭與紅門之間）、北港校區：教學大樓2樓學生輔導中心（視訊地點）

  • Dr. Pei-Chen Chang: Yingcai Campus, every Tuesday, 14:00–17:00
    (English counseling available / Beigang Campus can join via video consultation)
    - Yingcai Campus: “Happiness House” (between Fang Ling Pavilion and the Red Gate)
    - Beigang Campus: Student Counseling Center, 2F, Teaching Building (video consultation site)

2. 中國醫藥大學 App → 點選「健康100」
China Medical University App → Select “Health 100”

諮詢須知 Consultation Guidelines
- 全程採預約制，每診限3人，掛號至前一週截止。
- 取消或改期須於24小時前來電，無故缺席達3次者將暫停資格。遲到超過10分鐘視同放棄。
- 每次50分鐘，不收費；每人每月限2次（含請假）。特殊需求由健康中心評估。
- 視訊看診僅限北港分部，請使用學生輔導中心提供之設備。
- 台中校區人員請勿選擇視訊，可直接掛號實體門診。
- 視訊連結將寄至您登錄的電子信箱，請確保信箱有效；使用前需開通 Google Meet。
- 視訊過程嚴禁錄音、錄影。
- By appointment only. Each session limited to 3 slots; registration closes one week in advance.
- Cancellation/rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Three no-shows will result in suspension of eligibility. Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a cancellation.
- Each consultation lasts 50 minutes, free of charge. Maximum of 2 sessions per person per month (including cancellations). Special cases will be evaluated by the Health Center.
- Video consultations are available only for Beigang Campus, using equipment provided at the Student Counseling Center.
- Taichung campus personnel should not choose video consultation and may book in-person sessions directly.
- Video consultation links will be sent to your registered email address. Please ensure your email is valid. Google Meet activation is required.
- Recording (audio or video) during sessions is strictly prohibited.

注意事項 Important Notes

  • 心理諮詢不提供藥物治療。
    Psychological counseling does not provide medication.

  • 若服務日逢國定假日或期中考週，將暫停服務。
    No services will be offered on national holidays or during midterm exam week.
